CLINICS

The Locketts Clinics have been running for a couple of years and are getting more and more popular. The farm is set on the most beautiful old turf with metres and metres of expertly maintained hedges, rails and natural obstacles which makes it the ultimate playground for both horse and rider.

The day starts with a cup of coffee or something stronger, before a leisurely warm up round the field in front of the house. Your team will then have a jump in the school over barrels, show jumps and other such fillers. Onto the gallops before the playpen. The play pen is a field full of natural obstacles that you are likely to find when crossing the country - water troughs, a gate and tiger traps to name a few.

During the later half of the morning you will be guided around a large selection of hedges. Our hedges are of various heights & widths depending on how brave you are now feeling!! The day is aimed at building confidence, having fun and getting in some practice. They run during the months of September & October.
